RETURNS
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!
Upon proof of purchase within 30 days of your order if you are ever unsatisfied with an order we will make it right.
However, if your return is due to personal preference or reasons outside of our control (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind), a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of processing, handling, and restocking the returned item.

- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned.
Upon acceptance of your return we will send you a return shipping label at your expense, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are quick and easy. Once the return is accepted and we received your returned item we will ship out the desired items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once we receive your item you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that due to payment processor rules, it may take up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on the account of your payment method.
